I created Get Fit with Rachel because I saw how many people struggle with the same challenge- knowing they want results but feeling overwhelmed on how to get there. Between busy schedules, confusing advice online, and the stress of figuring out what “works,” fitness can start to feel complicated. When you add on the anxiety and confusion that most feel about walking into a new gym its easy to find an excuse to skip your workout.
My mission is to make it simple. I take the hard work and stress of planning out of your hands by designing customized training plans that fit seamlessly into your life and align with your unique goals. From structured workouts to nutrition guidance to better daily habits, everything is tailored to you and not a generic template.
